Shipping and Returns

Shipping

Most pieces are ready to ship within 3-4 days. Add that to USPS shipping times and that is when you can expect your order.  Custom pieces will take longer to ship as noted in the item description.

I use USPS for all shipping, which does include tracking.

At this time I do not ship internationally. 

All packages will be delivered to USPS within 24 hours of printing the shipping label. Once the package is delivered to USPS they are responsible for packages in transit. 

 

Returns

If you receive damaged or incorrect items Please email  sarah@sarahvoltzdesigns.com within 24 hours after receiving the jewelry pieces to discuss what's up.

If the item is just not your favorite Let me know at sarah@sarahvoltzdesigns.com and send it back within14 days for a full refund of jewelry (minus any shipping costs). Your purchase needs to be returned in its original packaging, showing no signs of being worn for a full refund. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Personalized and custom pieces are not able to be returned and cannot be exchanged. 

Please send your return in a padded envelope with tracking through the carrier to Sarah Voltz Designs 238 W 2nd St. Perrysburg, OH 43551

Please include your order number, name, and contact information.  If a return gets lost or damaged in the mail, Sarah Voltz Designs is not responsible. Once I receive your package and the piece is deemed to be in original condition your account will be credited. Refunds could take up to 7-10 days to appear in your account.
